Each meeting is approx. 30 minutes long. 

Step 1: Check Your Date  

Fill out the form below to connect with us and see if your wedding/event date is available. We are booking about 12 months in advance at this time. We’ll confirm whether we have availability and if so, send you an email with more information for next steps.

Step 2: Email/Phone Consultation

We’ll get to know each other, either by email or phone appointment, and talk about your vision for your wedding/event florals and decor details, go through photos and floral items, potential rentals and style ideas, and partner to co-create a plan to bring your vision to life. You are welcome to create your own Pintrest Board of flower photos to share as a visual aid to your ideas & visions. This will help guide in creating an accurate proposal for your perfect wedding or event flowers! We do offer in person consults as well!

Step 3: Written Proposal & Retainer

A few days after our consultation, we’ll send over a proposal for you to review. The proposal is not set in stone, edits can be made. You don't have to know everything right away, it is considered a “work in progress’ until 45 days before your event. If you’d like to work with us and move forward, we will send you the contract to sign, as well as the retainer invoice. Payment is as follows, 30% Retainer to book your date. NOTE: We do not hold dates without full retainer payment. 70% Due 30 days before your wedding or event.

Step 4: Final Meeting & Final Payment

We will have lots of communication, and idea building if needed throughout the months leading up to your wedding/event. We will have one last meet up/phone call about 6 weeks prior to your big day to review and finalize all of the details from colors, styles, delivery times etc. Final outline will be emailed afterwards with payment due 4 weeks before your date. If there are changes, new contracts or a contract amendment maybe required. Final Payment invoice will be emailed 45 days before your event.

Step 5: Follow Ups & Reviews

After your amazing event, we will email you to follow up and ask how your florals were. All feedback is always appreciated. We may also ask for reviews on site like WeddingWire, Google, The Knot etc.
